CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR TRICARE AND FMP
Because of the loss of DPO mail privileges this web site is to provide additional information on how to change your address with TriCare and the Foreign Medical Program (FMP) in the Republic of Panama for US Veterans.
The change to FMP addresses is necessary because if you have a Miami FL mailing address you must a enter a foreign domicile address in the record at DEERS or you might lose your FMP coverage

When submitting a claim to TriCare be sure to have a cover letter indicating your local mailing address in Panama and your mail forwarding address in Miami. If you use your Miami address your claim maybe returned for submission to the Miami TriCare region.
